La terapia per il trattamento dell’infezione del Virus dell’epatite C con farmaci antivirali ad azione Diretta (chiamati DAA) è risultata efficace anche nei pazienti più gravi, coloro cioè che hanno sviluppato problemi extraepatici collegati al virus.

Thank you for the very kind invitation to attend the PITER meeting. I learned a lot. I was struck by how productive the group has become, and see that it has taken commitment, intelligence and hard work to get to this point.
